The Role:
Our client is offering a new opportunity for a civil litigation solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in to join their friendly Romford practice.
Our client is looking for a candidate who has the passion to help grow the Firm's department with the possibility of progressing to Director level within the next couple of years.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in civil litigation and wishes to join a longstanding practice with the opportunity of fast-track progression.
The role includes attending to matters on behalf of commercial and individual clients on a wide range of litigation matters to include; contested probate, landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, property disputes, and commercial litigation, to name a few.
The Firm is friendly and relaxed and there are no daily targets. A flexible working contract is on offer and realistic annual billing targets are set.
Responsibilities & Requirements
The Candidate:
We are looking for someone who has a broad spectrum of experience as a civil litigation / dispute resolution solicitor. We would consider someone who is looking for 4 days per week but must have at least 4 years PQE as a solicitor.
Candidates must have the following:
Minimum 4 + years’ PQE in Litigation
Experience in LEAP case management system is preferred
Track of record of achieving career goals to include billing targets
Fairly local and able to commute to Romford daily
Salary:
Negotiable salary depending on experience and past billing performance.
